Delicious boba drinks with customizable sugar and ice levels. Several caffeine-free options. Located in an extremely busy plaza with a grocery store, so parking is pretty difficult.

Great! Got the mango smoothie and it was sooo delicious. Seating is a tiny bit cramped inside but not bad. Definitely coming back!

Osmanthus Tea Latte -100% Sugar -Less ice - Whipped topping (just like in the picture) ⭐⭐⭐/5 Stars! I have never had Osmanthus tea before until today and it's pleasant but I think I would have enjoyed it with more ice and extra sugar. Have to try it again next time to see if changing the recipe would change my rating of this Osmanthus Tea. We were amazed by simple floral tastes to all that are just devine in their unique way! Oh… and we had to give the jasmine brown sugar pearl milk tea ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ a try along with the sago taro milk tea⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! OMG so refreshing and delish 8) If you thirsty give coco bubble tea a try!

The pearl milk tea was astonishing good, and also there have cold drinks like the slushies. TBH you should try in LA or San Jose.

I always get the same jasmine milk tea no matter where I go. Can’t complain but also can’t boast about it. Everyone was friendly and service was very fast. If I’m in the area again I would certainly go back. Bathroom was very clean also.
